This may affect some monitoring or discovery.
This can be caused by:
Incorrectly registered Snap In.
Incorrectly configured Snap In.
Incorrectly configured PowerShell install.

After reviewing the error in the context, check:
That the Snap In name is spelled correctly in your workflow configuration.
That the Snap In and it's dependencies are correctly installed on the computer.
Lastly, you should check verify the action account has sufficient access to the SnapIn.
