Datatilgangstjenesten kan ikke starte fordi port 5724 er i bruk. Datatilgangstjenesten må kunne bruke 5724, fordi dette er porten som brukes av konsollene og andre Operations Manager-komponenter til å kommunisere med datatilgangstjenesten. Når datatilgangstjenesten ikke kjører, kan ikke brukere bruke operasjonskonsollen, webkonsollen eller kommandoskallet. Koblinger til tredjeparts administrasjonssystemer fungerer heller ikke.
