Microsoft.SystemCenter.SDKService.PrincipleManagementServerDown.Alert (Rule)

當無法從此管理伺服器的資料存取服務連線到 Root Management Server 時，此規則會產生警示。

Root Management Server 停機或 Root Management Server 的健全狀況服務無法使用。

原因

這可能是由以下原因所造成：

如果在資料倉儲或報表元件安裝期間或安裝後不久便產生這些警示，可能的原因是警示和狀態轉換流量已到達資料倉儲，但是對應的資料結構尚未就緒。部署作業將在安裝後 30 分鐘內執行。

因為部署尚未完成，所以警示和狀態同步處理工作流程將保留資料，待稍後再寫入資料倉儲。因此，這些工作流程不會將資料放回資料來源，也從而產生了前述的警示。一旦部署完成之後，便會自動寫入資料並清除警示。

如果警示未於資料倉儲安裝後 120 分鐘內自動解決，則表示有其他問題存在。

解決方式

檢查 Root Management Server 的可用性，或是在 Root Management Server 上啟動健全狀況服務。

此外，請檢查資料倉儲寫入帳戶的狀態。
