This rule generates alerts when the All Management Servers Resource Pool is not available.
The All Management Servers Resource Pool has failed to report as available for some time.
This can be caused by:
Majority of Collection Management Servers are not running.
Majority of Collection Management Servers have lost network connection
Majority of Collection Management Servers are placed into Maintenance Mode
The System Center Management Health Services on majority of the Collection Management Servers have been stopped.
To further investigate the issue, consider the following:
Review the Operations Manager event log on each of the Management Servers for events with the source HealthService that indicate problems with the System Center Management Service.
Restart the System Center Management Service on any Management Servers showing an error.
Confirm that all Management Servers have a connection to the database.
Confirm that all Management Servers have a connection to each of the other Management Servers
