WMI op deze computer is in een onjuiste staat en kan geen gegevens van de query retourneren.
Controleer of de WMI-service (Windows Management Instrumentation) wordt uitgevoerd op deze computer.
Controleer of de RPC-service (Remote Procedure Call) wordt uitgevoerd op deze computer.
Controleer of de WMI-opslag consistent is op de computer
Open een opdrachtprompt
Voer de volgende opdracht uit: 'winmgmt /verifyrepository'
Als de opslag niet consistent is, voert u de opdracht 'winmgmt /salvagerepository' uit
Controleer of DCOM is ingeschakeld
Start Dcomcnfg.exe
Klik op het knooppunt Component Services onder Consolebasis
Open de map Computers
Klik voor de lokale computer met de rechtermuisknop op Computer en klik vervolgens op Eigenschappen
Klik voor een externe computer met de rechtermuisknop op de map Computers, wijs Nieuw aan en klik vervolgens op Computer
Typ de computernaam
Klik met de rechtermuisknop op de naam van de computer en klik vervolgens op Eigenschappen
Klik op het tabblad Standaardeigenschappen
Klik op het selectievakje 'Gedistribueerde COM op deze computer inschakelen' om het in of uit te schakelen
Stel Standaardverificatieniveau in op Verbinding maken
Stel Standaardimitatieniveau in op Identificeren
