Este monitor indica se o Firewall do Windows no nome do ponto de gerenciamento não permite que os clientes se conectem com o servidor de notificações.
O canal recomendado para que um cliente estabeleça uma conexão com o servidor de notificação do cliente é a utilização de porta TCP. Porém, se o Firewall do Windows (ou outro software de firewall) estiver ativado em um servidor de notificação do cliente, ele pode estar configurado para impedir essa comunicação.
Motivos dessa condição:
O Firewall do Windows bloqueia as conexões de cliente para a porta TCP que é usada por notificação do cliente.
Verificar o arquivo de log bgbserver.log no ponto de gerenciamento para obter mais informações.
Examinar a configuração do firewall do Windows para a porta TCP usada pela notificação do cliente. Se necessário, adicionar uma regra de exceção para essa porta, seja para dllhost.exe (recomendado) ou para o servidor inteiro.
