概要

原因

クライアントのサイトは、システム正常性検証ツール ポイントで認識されていませんでした。

この状態は、Active Directory ドメイン サービス レプリケーションに問題があるか、または Active Directory ドメイン サービス接続に問題がある場合に発生することがあります。 この状態は、システム正常性検証ツールのポーリング サイクルが高い値に設定されていて、Active Directory ドメイン サービスに更新をポーリングしない場合に発生することもあります。

Active Directory ドメイン サービスに問題があるかどうかをトラブルシューティングするには、SMSSHVADCacheClient.log を確認します。 また、このログを確認して、Active Directory ドメイン サービスが最後にポーリングされたのがいつであるかも確認します。 その値が、Configuration Manager サイトにおける Configuration Manager NAP ヘルス状態参照の更新より後の場合は、SMSSHVRegSettings.log で Active Directory ドメイン サービスのポーリング間隔を確認します。 オペレーション コンソールを通じて、サイト サーバーのポーリング間隔を変更できます。

解決方法

システム正常性検証ツール ポイントは、ネットワーク ポリシー サーバーの構成に応じて、この状態をコンプライアンス非対応または対応にすることができます。 既定では、非対応に構成されます。
