Compruebe que el servicio de host de agente de SMS se esté ejecutando. Si está detenido o no responde, reinicie el servicio.
Compruebe la conectividad de red al servidor de base de datos de sistema de sitio, junto con los problemas de certificados que pueda haber (compruébelo en el nodo de replicación de base de datos de consola de administración bajo supervisión).
