Lehetséges, hogy nem fut az SMS Executive folyamat.

Lehetséges, hogy nem fut a WSUS folyamat.

Megoldások

Ellenőrizze, hogy fut-e a WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) folyamat a szoftverfrissítési ponton/WSUS-kiszolgálón.

Ellenőrizze, hogy fut-e a Configuration Manager-helykiszolgálón az SMS Executive folyamat.

A hibáról további információ a <ConfigMgr telepítési könyvtára>\Logs\ könyvtárban lévő WCM.LOG fájlban található.
