Sertifika yetkilileri (CA'lar) çalışmak için yeterli sistem kaynaklarına ve işletim sistemi bileşenlerine gereksinim duyar. Bir sunucu yetersiz belleğe veya sabit disk alanına sahipse veya işletim sistemi bileşenleri kullanılamaz duruma gelirse, Active Directory Sertifika Hizmetleri'ni (AD CS) başlatmaya yönelik girişimler başarısız olabilir.
