证书颁发机构 (CA) 必须拥有一个有效的 CA 证书才能正常使用。如果您还没有有效的 CA 证书，可以通过导入一个证书来完成安装。

要执行此过程，您必须拥有管理 CA 的权限，或者您必须被委派了适当的权限。
