Uma relação de failover pode ser vista como um link de parceria entre dois servidores. Cada servidor pode ser parte de no máximo 32 relações de failover e também pode fazer parte de várias relações de failover
Se um servidor parceiro estiver inoperante ou se a comunicação tiver sido interrompida, o estado será alterado para erro.
Verifique se o servidor parceiro está em execução ou se a comunicação com o servidor local é possível.
Verifique se você consegue se comunicar com o Servidor Parceiro de Failover usando um comando Ping.
