如果合作伙伴服务器关闭或通信中断，其状态将更改为错误。

请检查合作伙伴服务器是否正在运行或是否可以与本地服务器通信。

解决方案

请检查是否可以使用 Ping 命令与故障转移合作伙伴服务器通信。
