Standardmäßig ist die BOOTP-Tabelle leer. Wenn die BOOTP-Tabelle fehlt oder leer ist, können die Konfigurationsinformationen für die Clients in der Tabelle von BOOTP nicht gelesen werden.

Zum Ausführen dieses Verfahrens müssen Sie Mitglied der Administratorgruppe sein, oder an Sie müssen die entsprechenden Berechtigungen delegiert worden sein.

So erstellen Sie einen Eintrag zur BOOTP-Tabelle oder fügen einen hinzu

Zeigen Sie auf dem DHCP-Servercomputer im Startmenü auf Alle Programme und auf Verwaltung, und klicken Sie dann auf DHCP.
Klicken Sie in der DHCP-Konsolenstruktur auf BOOTP-Tabelle.
Klicken Sie im Menü Aktion auf Neues Startimage.
Geben Sie im Dialogfeld BOOTP-Eintrag hinzufügen die erforderlichen Informationen ein.
Klicken Sie auf "Hinzufügen".
Wiederholen Sie die vorherigen beiden Schritte für jeden zusätzlichen BOOTP-Eintrag, den Sie hinzufügen möchten, und klicken Sie dann auf Schließen.
