By default, the BOOTP table is empty. If the BOOTP table is missing or empty, BOOTP cannot read the table to obtain configuration information for its clients.

To perform these procedures, you must be a member of the Administrators group, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.

To create or add an entry to the BOOTP table:
