解決方法

DHCP サーバーの可用性は、DHCP サーバーダイナミックリンクライブラリ (DLL) へのアクセスがあるかどうかによって決まります。DLL が見つからないか、管理者権限がない場合、DHCP サービスはこれらにアクセスできず、初期化に失敗します。この問題を解決するには、次の手順を実行する必要があります。

イベントで引用された DLL を特定するには、次の手順を実行します。

エラーで参照された DLL をコンピューター内で検索します。
DHCP サーバー上に DLL が存在しない場合は、DHCP サーバーサービスを再インストールします。
DLL が存在する場合はエクスプローラーで選択し、DLL の読み取りと実行を行うための管理者アカウント権限を割り当てます。

ファイルとフォルダーのアクセス許可の変更

これらの手順を実行するには、Administrators グループのメンバーであるか、適切な権限が委任されている必要があります。

ファイルとフォルダーのアクセス許可を変更するには、次の手順を実行します。

DHCP サーバーコンピューターで [スタート] ボタンをクリックし、[すべてのプログラム] をポイントします。次に、[アクセサリ] をポイントし、[エクスプローラー] をクリックします。
アクセス許可を設定するファイルまたはフォルダーを右クリックし、[プロパティ] をクリックして [セキュリティ] タブをクリックします。
必要に応じて次の手順を実行します。

[グループ名またはユーザー名] ボックスに表示されないグループまたはユーザーのアクセス許可を設定するには、[追加] をクリックしてグループまたはユーザーの名前を入力し、[OK] をクリックします。
既存のグループまたはユーザーのアクセス許可を変更または削除するには、グループまたはユーザーの名前をクリックします。
[ユーザーまたはグループ] ボックスの [アクセス許可] でアクセス許可を許可または拒否するには、[許可] または [拒否] チェックボックスをオンにします。
[グループ名またはユーザー名] ボックスからグループまたはユーザーを削除するには、[削除] をクリックします。

注

NTFS を使用するようにフォーマットされたドライブ上のファイルアクセス許可およびフォルダーアクセス許可のみを設定できます。
フォルダーに対するフルコントロールを与えられたグループまたはユーザーは、ファイルとサブフォルダーを保護しているアクセス許可の存在に関係なく、そのフォルダー内のファイルとサブフォルダーを削除できます。
[ユーザーまたはグループ] の [アクセス許可] のチェックボックスが影付きになっていたり、[削除] ボタンが使用できない場合、ファイルまたはフォルダーは親フォルダーからアクセス許可を継承しています。
新しいユーザーまたはグループを追加する場合は、このユーザーまたはグループは既定で "読み取り"、"読み取りと実行"、および "フォルダーの内容の一覧表示" の各アクセス許可を持ちます。
