解決方式

在下列情況中，DHCP 用戶端可能會拒絕伺服器提供的位址:

此狀況應會自行解決，但若持續發生，您可在 DHCP 伺服器上重新設定保留區或排除範圍。

重新設定用戶端保留區

用戶端保留區可以讓您保留特定 IP 位址供 DHCP 用戶端永久使用。一般來說，如果用戶端具有利用其他 TCP/IP 設定方法指派的 IP 位址，就會使用保留區。

保留區 IP 位址無法修改。如果要變更保留區的 IP 位址，請刪除該保留區，然後再使用新的 IP 位址重新建立。

若要執行這些程序，您必須是 Administrators 群組成員或是已經委派您適當的權限。

若要刪除保留區然後再使用新 IP 位址重新建立:

重新設定排除範圍

若要避免位址衝突，您定義的領域必須排除靜態設定裝置的 IP 位址，例如 DHCP 伺服器。透過設定排除範圍，系統使用者可以排除某個領域內的 IP 位址，不要將這些位址提供給 DHCP 用戶端。當您建立新領域時，請立即排除現有、靜態設定之電腦的 IP 位址。排除的 IP 位址可在網路上作用，但只限於已手動設定或分送這些 IP 位址，以做為保留的 IP 位址時。

若要執行這些程序，您必須是 Administrators 群組成員或是已經委派您適當的權限。
