원인

DNS Server에서 AD DS(Active Directory 도메인 서비스)가 해당 디렉터리의 초기 동기화가 완료되었음을 알리기를 기다리고 있습니다. 초기 동기화가 완료될 때까지 DNS Server 서비스를 시작할 수 없습니다. 중요한 DNS 데이터가 이 도메인 컨트롤러에 아직 복제되지 않았을 수 있기 때문입니다. AD DS 이벤트 로그의 이벤트에서 DNS 이름 확인에 문제가 있다고 알리는 경우 이 컴퓨터의 인터넷 프로토콜 속성에 있는 DNS Server 목록에 이 도메인의 다른 DNS Server IP 주소를 추가해 보세요. 이 이벤트는 AD DS에서 초기 동기화가 성공적으로 완료되었다고 알릴 때까지 2분에 한 번씩 기록됩니다.

해결 방법

AD DS 문제를 해결하고 DNS Server 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.

DNS Server 서비스는 AD DS(Active Directory 도메인 서비스)를 사용하여 AD DS 통합 영역에 대한 정보를 저장하고 검색합니다. 이 오류는 AD DS에서 DNS Server 서비스의 요청에 응답하지 않음을 나타냅니다. AD DS가 올바르게 작동하는지 확인하고 문제를 해결한 다음 DNS Server 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.

이 절차를 수행하려면 Administrators 그룹의 구성원이거나 적절한 권한을 위임받아야 합니다.

DNS 서버 서비스를 다시 시작하려면:

1. DNS Server에서 [서버 관리자]를 시작합니다. [서버 관리자]를 시작하려면 [시작], [관리 도구], [서버 관리자]를 차례로 클릭합니다.
