概要

Active Directory ドメイン サービス (AD DS) を使用してゾーン データを格納するように DNS サーバー サービスを構成できます。これにより、DNS サーバーがディレクトリ レプリケーションに依存することが可能になるため、セキュリティ、信頼性、および管理容易性が向上します。

原因

DNS サーバーは、ドメイン名の更新を Active Directory に追加または書き込みすることができませんでした。

解決方法

AD DS のトラブルシューティングを行い、レコードを再入力する

DNS サーバー サービスからの要求に AD DS が応答していません。DNS サーバー サービスは、Active Directory ドメイン サービス (AD DS) 統合ゾーンの情報を格納および取得するために AD DS に依存しています。AD DS が正常に機能していることを確認し、問題のトラブルシューティングを行ってから、失敗したレコードを修正します。

この操作を行うには、Administrators のメンバーとしての権限、またはそれに相当する代わりの権限が必要です。

リソース レコードを修正するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. DNS サーバーで、サーバー マネージャーを起動します。サーバー マネージャーを起動するには、[スタート] ボタンをクリックし、[管理ツール]、[サーバー マネージャー] の順にクリックします。

2. コンソール ツリーで、[役割]、[DNS サーバー]、[DNS] の順に展開します。

3. DNS サーバーを展開し、リソース レコードのコンテナーを展開します。

4. コンテナーにリソース レコードが存在する場合は、リソース レコードを右クリックし、[削除] をクリックします。

5. コンテナーを右クリックし、リソース レコードを再作成するために、リソース レコードの種類に適したコマンドをクリックします。
