DNS 伺服器組態包含各種設定，而這些設定決定了 DNS 伺服器在網路上的運作方式，以及在需要時的儲存與擷取方式。

原因

區域在能夠取得成功的區域傳輸，或從擔任其區域來源的主要伺服器獲得更新之前即已到期。

解決方式

更正主要伺服器問題

次要區域的主要伺服器組態不正確，使得次要區域無法從主要伺服器進行轉送。

若要執行此程序，您必須有 Administrators 的成員資格，或已獲委派適當的授權。

若要更正主要伺服器的區域傳輸問題:

1. 在 DNS 伺服器上啟動 [伺服器管理員]。若要啟動 [伺服器管理員]，請依序按一下 [開始] 及 [系統管理工具]，然後按一下 [伺服器管理員]。

2. 在主控台樹狀目錄中按兩下 [角色]，然後按兩下 [DNS 伺服器]，再按兩下 [DNS]。

3. 展開該 DNS 伺服器，然後展開含有受影響之區域的資料夾。

4. 在該區域上按一下滑鼠右鍵，然後按一下 [內容]。

5. 在 [一般] 索引標籤上，確認清單中是否含有該區域之主要伺服器的正確 IP 位址和完整網域名稱 (FQDN)。

如果清單內容正確，請確定所列的主要伺服器是否正常運作中。請確認主要伺服器是否允許區域轉送，而且如果區域轉送受限於 IP 位址時，此伺服器是否包含在清單中。如果否的話，請修正這個問題後再重新啟動區域轉送。

若要確認本機伺服器是否包含在可接收區域轉送的伺服器之清單中：

1. 在 DNS 伺服器上啟動 [DNS 管理員]。若要啟動 [DNS 管理員]，請在 DNS 伺服器上依序按一下 [開始] 及 [系統管理工具]，然後按一下 [DNS]。

2. 連線到主要伺服器。若要連線到 DNS 伺服器，請以滑鼠右鍵按一下 DNS，然後依序按一下 [連線到 DNS 伺服器] 和 [下列電腦]，再輸入遠端 DNS 伺服器的 DNS 名稱或 IP 位址，然後按一下 [確定]。

3. 展開該伺服器，然後展開含有區域的資料夾。

4. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下該區域，然後按一下 [內容]，再按一下 [區域轉送]。

5. 按一下 [允許區域轉送] (如果尚未選取的話)。

6. 執行下列其中一個動作：

如有選取 [只到列在 [名稱伺服器] 索引標籤上的伺服器]，請按一下 [名稱伺服器]，然後確認名稱伺服器清單中所列裝載次要區域之伺服器的 IP 位址正確。

如果 [只到下列伺服器] 已選取，請確認裝載次要區域的伺服器所列在清單中的 IP 位址是正確的。

若要重新啟動區域轉送：

1. 在 [伺服器管理員] 或 [DNS 管理員] 中展開 [DNS]，然後展開裝載次要區域的伺服器，再展開含有區域的資料夾。

2. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下該區域，然後按一下 [從主機重新載入]。
