Nástroje pro správu, jako je modul snap-in DNS konzoly Microsoft Management Console, využívají ke komunikaci a řízení služby DNS serveru protokol RPC (Remote Procedure Call).

Příčiny

DNS server nemohl inicializovat službu remote procedure call (RPC).

Řešení

Restartování služby Remote Procedure Call (RPC)

Služba Remote Procedure Control (RPC) nereaguje na požadavky od DNS serveru. Službu RPC je nutné spustit restartováním počítače.

Úkony nutné k restartování počítače:

Na DNS serveru klikněte na Start, klikněte na šipku vedle tlačítka Uzamknout a pak klikněte na Restartovat.
