Met dit object wordt de replicatieprotocolversie van elk lid van een replicatiegroep bewaakt en wordt een waarschuwing gegenereerd als de versies incompatibel zijn. Hiertoe wordt er gezocht naar de aanwezigheid van DFS-replicatiegebeurtenis 5102.

Oorzaken

Als de status van deze monitor niet in orde is, is de replicatie mislukt omdat de replicatiepartners incompatibele versies van het replicatieprotocol gebruiken.

Oplossingen

Installeer de laatste updates

Installeer het laatste servicepack en de laatste updates op alle leden van de replicatiegroep.

Controleer de versie van Dfsrs.exe

Als op alle leden van de replicatiegroep de laatste servicepacks en updates zijn geïnstalleerd, gebruikt u de onderstaande procedure om de versie van het bestand Dfsrs.exe te controleren op elk lid van de replicatiegroep.

1. Open Windows Verkenner en ga naar de map %WINDIR%\system32.

2. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op dfsrs.exe (Dfsr.exe op computers met Windows Server 2003 R2) en kies vervolgens Eigenschappen.

3. Bekijk op het tabblad Details in het dialoogvenster Eigenschappen het getal bij Productversie.

4. Als de productversie voor verschillende leden van de groep anders is, controleert u of de nieuwste hotfixes wel op alle leden van de replicatiegroep zijn geïnstalleerd.

Verificatie

Nadat de onderliggende problemen zijn opgelost, moet de status van deze monitor weer in orde zijn.
