Monitors the status of Resume Key Filter database load
Resume Key detected one or more volumes with short names enabled.
If an administrator has enabled short name support on a volume, Resume Key will not attach to the volume as this is not supported.
Applications with continuously available handles opened on file shares on the affected volumes will have the handles closed. The administrator should disable short names on the affected volumes and clear the volume of short file names. Once the issue has been resolved, the application administrator will need to take recovery action to reestablish those handles. This could include restarting virtual machines, reattaching databases or restarting the application
