Summary

FileServerVssAgent failed to save to its metadata

Causes

FileServerVssAgent RPC server fail to save to its metadata if the metadata is missing, corrupt or takes too long to save.

Resolutions

If the metadata is missing or corrupt, the FileServerVssAgent automatically recreates the metadata and save the records to the new metadata store. If it takes too long to save, it could be resource overload or disk hardware failure. The file server needs to reboot or replace faulty disks.
