原因

如果管理员已在某个卷上启用短名称支持，恢复密钥不会附加到该卷，因为这不受支持。

解决方案

如果应用程序在受影响的卷的文件共享上具有已打开的持续可用句柄，这些句柄将被关闭。管理员应在受影响的卷上禁用短名称并清除带短文件名的卷。解决该问题后，应用程序管理员将需要采取恢复操作来重新建立这些句柄。可采取的恢复操作包括：重新启动虚拟机、重新附加数据库和重新启动应用程序
