再開キーを読み込めませんでした

原因

再開キーを読み込めなかった場合は、イベントで原因を調査します。これは、メモリなどのリソースが不十分なこと、他のファイル システム フィルター ドライバーと互換性がないこと、または破損 (ファイルの欠落など) が原因の場合があります。このような状態では、再開キーは、継続的可用性を付与したり、開いているハンドルを再開したりすることができなくなります。

解決方法

イベントで指定されているエラーを調査し、解決します。 該当ボリュームのファイル共有上で開いている継続的に利用可能なハンドルを持つアプリケーションは、ハンドルが閉じられます。問題が解決したら、アプリケーション所有者が回復操作を実行し、それらのハンドルを再確立する必要があります。その処理には、仮想マシンの再起動、データベースの再アタッチ、またはアプリケーションの再起動が含まれる場合があります。
