This monitor tracks if drive failed to mount.

Causes

Failed to mount drive. The drive is already mounted as Read-only and an attempt was made to mount it Read/Write.

Resolutions

Dismount the drive and mount it as Read/Write. This monitor must be manually reset after the issue is resolved.
