Souhrn

Dostupnost webů Internetové informační služby (IIS), které používají HTTP, spoléhá také na několik důležitých součástí služby IIS. Všechny služby – Aktivační služba procesů systému Windows (WAS), Služba publikování na webu (W3SVC) a služba HTTP – musí správně fungovat. Pro aplikace webu musí být navíc k dispozici správně spuštěný fond aplikací. Pokud není některá z těchto součástí funkční, nebude web k dispozici.

Řešení

Kontrola vazby adresy URL

Neplatná adresa URL může zabránit spuštění webu. Postup pro řešení tohoto problému:

1. Ujistěte se, zda jsou všechny adresy URL zadané pro vaše aplikace platné a neporušují pravidla normalizace adres URL. Další informace uvádí dokument RFC 3986.

2. Restartujte web.
