概要

HTTP を使用するインターネット インフォメーション サービス (IIS) Web サイトは、可用性を実現するために複数の重要な IIS コンポーネントを使用します。Windows プロセス アクティブ化サービス (WAS)、World Wide 発行サービス (W3SVC)、HTTP サービスはすべて、適切に実行している必要があります。また、適切に実行しているアプリケーション プールを、Web サイトのアプリケーションから利用できるようにする必要があります。これらのコンポーネントのいずれかに正常に動作しないものがあると、Web サイトは利用できません。

解決方法

サイトを停止し、再起動する

起動時に、WAS は ApplicationHost.config ファイルから情報を読み込みます。WAS が読み込む情報の一部はアプリケーショの構成 (有効なプロトコル、アプリケーションのアプリケーション プールなど) です。アプリケーションを正しく構成するには、アプリケーションのプロトコルと WAS との間の通信を明確にする必要があります。サイトを停止し開始すると、この通信を再確立できます。
