概要

HTTP を使用するインターネット インフォメーション サービス (IIS) Web サイトは、可用性を実現するために複数の重要な IIS コンポーネントを使用します。Windows プロセス アクティブ化サービス (WAS)、World Wide 発行サービス (W3SVC)、HTTP サービスはすべて、適切に実行している必要があります。また、適切に実行しているアプリケーション プールを、Web サイトのアプリケーションから利用できるようにする必要があります。これらのコンポーネントのいずれかに正常に動作しないものがあると、Web サイトは利用できません。

解決方法

WAS を停止し、再起動する

WAS サービスを停止すると、World Wide Web 発行サービス (W3SVC) および WAS に依存しているその他のサービスも停止します。したがって、これらのその他のサービスも再起動する必要がある場合があります。
