HTTP を使用するインターネット インフォメーション サービス (IIS) Web サイトは、可用性に関して、いくつかの重要な IIS コンポーネントに依存しています。Windows プロセス起動サービス (WAS)、World Wide Web 発行サービス (W3SVC)、HTTP サービスのすべてが正常に動作している必要があります。また、適切に動作しているアプリケーション プールが、Web サイトのアプリケーションで使用できる必要もあります。これらのコンポーネントのいずれかが機能していないと、Web サイトは利用できません。
