Причины

Это правило указывает на проблему конфигурации модуля наблюдения за состоянием IIS. Возможно, конфигурация модуля повреждена или модулю не удалось прочитать конфигурацию из-за поврежденного состояния. Конфигурация модуля задается в пакете управления.

Решения

Возникновение этой ошибки маловероятно, однако она может возникнуть при повреждении пакета управления или при наличии ошибки в самом пакете управления. В первом случае можно попробовать сбросить данные состояния службы работоспособности и кэша.
