Cette analyse vérifie l'état du service de serveur SMTP IIS (SMTPSVC). Si vous recevez une alerte via cette analyse, vous devez faire en sorte que le service fonctionne à nouveau.
États opérationnels :
Le service de serveur SMTP IIS (SMTPSVC) peut avoir l'état opérationnel « Service en cours d'exécution » ou « Service non exécuté »
L'analyse prend un paramètre de configuration unique qui contrôle si le service doit être analysé lorsque son type de démarrage n'est pas défini sur « Automatique ». Par défaut, le service sera uniquement analysé si son type de démarrage est « Automatique ». Ce paramètre peut être réglé selon les besoins.
Un service peut s'arrêter pour de nombreuses raisons, parmi lesquelles :
Le service a été arrêté par un administrateur.
Le service n’a pas pu démarrer car le compte d’utilisateur n’a pas pu être authentifié.
Il a rencontré une exception qui l'a arrêté.
Il n'a pas été configuré correctement, ce qui l'a empêché de démarrer.
Si le service de serveur SMTP IIS (SMTPSVC) ne fonctionne pas, vous pouvez diagnostiquer le problème ou redémarrer le service comme suit :
Vérifiez si d'autres alertes liées au service se sont produites simultanément. Ces alertes peuvent vous aider à identifier la raison pour laquelle le service est en état d'arrêt.
Consultez les journaux des événements sur l'ordinateur géré et corrigez tous les problèmes sous-jacents susceptibles d'avoir entraîné l'arrêt inattendu du service.
