解决方法

停止并重新启动 WAS

如果配置更改必须立即生效，则停止并重新启动 Windows Process Activation Service (WAS)。如果 W3SVC 正在运行，停止 WAS 还将停止 World Wide Web 发布服务 (W3SVC)。因此，你可能还需要启动 W3SVC。

若要停止并重新启动 WAS，请执行以下操作：
