概要

インターネット インフォメーション サービス (IIS) Windows プロセス アクティブ化サービス (WAS) 構成マネージャーは、アプリケーション プールおよびそれが維持するプロトコル アダプターの構成を管理します。構成の読み取り時または構成変更通知への応答時に、WAS でエラーが発生すると、WAS が管理するエンティティの構成変更を処理できない場合があります。

解決方法

WAS を停止し、再起動する

構成変更を直ちに有効にする場合は、Windows プロセス アクティブ化サービス (WAS) を停止し再起動します。WAS を停止すると、実行している World Wide Web 発行サービス (W3SVC) も停止します。したがって、W3SVC も開始する必要がある場合があります。
