Der WWW-Publishingdienst (W3SVC) von Internetinformationsdienste (IIS) erfordert den Windows-Prozessaktivierungsdienst (WAS) und den HTTP-Dienst, damit er korrekt ausgeführt werden kann. Wenn der HTTP-Dienst nicht verfügbar ist, kann der WWW-Dienst (W3SVC) keine HTTP-Anforderungen verarbeiten.
