Le service de publication World Wide Web (W3SVC) IIS (Internet Information Services) nécessite que le service d'activation des processus Windows (WAS) et le service HTTP fonctionnent correctement. Si le service HTTP n'est pas disponible, W3SVC ne pourra pas traiter les demandes HTTP.
Arrêter le service de publication World Wide Web et le service HTTP
Pour arrêter le service de publication World Wide Web et le service HTTP :
Ouvrez une fenêtre d'invite de commandes avec privilèges élevés. Cliquez sur Démarrer, pointez sur Tous les programmes, cliquez sur Accessoires, cliquez avec le bouton droit sur Invite de commandes, puis cliquez sur Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Saisissez net stop w3svc.
Saisissez net stop http.
Redémarrer le service de publication World Wide Web et le service HTTP
Pour redémarrer le service de publication World Wide Web et le service HTTP :
Ouvrez une fenêtre d'invite de commandes avec privilèges élevés. Cliquez sur Démarrer, pointez sur Tous les programmes, cliquez sur Accessoires, cliquez avec le bouton droit sur Invite de commandes, puis cliquez sur Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Saisissez net start w3svc.
Saisissez net start http.
