概要

HTTP を使用するインターネット インフォメーション サービス (IIS) Web サイトは、可用性を実現するために複数の重要な IIS コンポーネントを使用します。Windows プロセス アクティブ化サービス (WAS)、World Wide 発行サービス (W3SVC)、HTTP サービスはすべて、適切に実行している必要があります。また、適切に実行しているアプリケーション プールを、Web サイトのアプリケーションから利用できるようにする必要があります。これらのコンポーネントのいずれかに正常に動作しないものがあると、Web サイトは利用できません。

解決方法

重複するバインドを削除する

Web サイトに重複する URL バインドが存在すると、Web サイトの 1 つが無効になります。ApplicationHost.config または Web.config ファイルに、重複するアプリケーション URL を登録していないかを確認します。重複を解決するには、どのサイトで同じバインドを使用しているかを確認します。次に、必要があればバインドを変更し、サイトを再起動します。これを行うには、A、B、C の手順を実行します。
