概要

HTTP を使用するインターネット インフォメーション サービス (IIS) Web サイトは、可用性を実現するために複数の重要な IIS コンポーネントを使用します。Windows プロセス アクティブ化サービス (WAS)、World Wide 発行サービス (W3SVC)、HTTP サービスはすべて、適切に実行している必要があります。また、適切に実行しているアプリケーション プールを、Web サイトのアプリケーションから利用できるようにする必要があります。これらのコンポーネントのいずれかに正常に動作しないものがあると、Web サイトは利用できません。

解決方法

HTTP サービスを停止し、再起動する

HTTP サービスを停止すると、World Wide Web 発行サービス (W3SVC) も停止します。これらのサービスが停止されると同時に、サーバーへのすべての Web トラフィックが停止されます。
