Bgp Peer connectivity is down
The BGP Connection is down
The most common reasons for this error are:
BGP Peer is unreachable from the router
BGP peer or host is misconfigured
Check the events in Event Viewer (Local) > Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > RasRoutingProtocols-BGP > Border Gateway Protocol Operational Channel to understand the cause of failure
Verify the configuration on BGP router and peer
