Ou o sistema experimentou recentemente um aumento significativo de atividade de rede, e esse pico resultou na ultrapassagem do limite, ou a utilização da rede pelo sistema tem crescido constantemente com o tempo e finalmente atingiu e ultrapassou o limite.
Outra possibilidade é que a interface de rede tenha sido configurada para renegociar automaticamente a largura de banda atual, e a largura negociada dessa forma seja menor.
Para investigar o problema mais a fundo, considere o seguinte:
A interface de rede está configurada para negociação automática? Nesse caso, a largura de banda mudou recentemente?
Os volumes de dados saltaram recentemente, ou o aumento foi crescendo progressivamente ao longo do tempo? Se a regra de coleta desse contador ou as regras de coleta de bytes recebidos e bytes enviados estiverem ativadas, examine os dados históricos desse contador em visualizações ou relatórios.
Que dados contribuem mais para a utilização geral da largura de banda, os que estão sendo recebidos ou os que estão sendo enviados? Várias fontes ou aplicativos são responsáveis pelos dados, ou os dados estão vindo de relativamente poucas fontes? Use os contadores "E/S de Leitura" e "E/S de Gravação" no objeto "Processo" no monitor de desempenho para identificar quais processos estão enviando e recebendo grandes quantidades de dados. Além disso, ferramentas como NETSTAT.EXE e o Monitor de Rede podem ajudar a identificar quais fontes e aplicativos estão usando a largura de banda.
Com base nas descobertas da investigação adicional, resoluções podem variar e podem incluir o seguinte:
Reconfigure a interface de rede e/ou a porta do dispositivo de rede conectado para garantir que a largura de banda da rede seja maximizada.
Reduzir o volume de dados que o sistema está enviando.
Reduza o volume de dados que o sistema está recebendo de fontes externas.
Faça upgrade da interface de rede ou da rede base à qual a interface está conectada para permitir um tráfego maior.
