Configuration

The Collection rule for Service or Driver Failed to Start events is disabled by default. Here is how to enable:

In the Authoring space, choose Rules, enter "Collection rule for Service or Driver Failed to Start events" in the "Look for" and click on find now.

Override the Rules to set Enabled = "True".
