Configuration

The Collection Rule for Software Update Installation Failed is disabled by default. Here is how to enable:

In the Authoring space, choose Rules, enter "Collection Rule for Software Update Installation Failed" in the "Look for" and click on find now.

Override the Rules to set Enabled = "True".
