To resolve this problem, try one or both of the following solutions:
Log on to the server using a user account that is a member of the Print Operators or Server Operators groups, or a member of the local Administrators group on the remote print server, and then retry importing.
Export the printer queues on the source server to a new file by using the Printer Migration Wizard or the Printbrm.exe command-line tool on a computer running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2016 and 1709+, and then retry importing.
