Il monitoraggio usa un singolo parametro di configurazione che controlla se lo "Spooler di stampa" deve essere monitorato quando vengono abilitati i registri eventi "Microsoft-Windows-PrintService/Admin e Microsoft-Windows-PrintService/Operational" e quando viene riavviato il servizio Registro eventi. Per impostazione predefinita, il monitoraggio "Spooler di stampa" verrà monitorato solo se vengono abilitati i registri eventi "Microsoft-Windows-PrintService/Admin e Microsoft-Windows-PrintService/Operational".
Per risolvere i problemi relativi alla connettività con un controller di dominio:
Nel server di stampa aprire la finestra del prompt dei comandi, quindi digitare ipconfig /all al prompt dei comandi.
Assicurarsi che il server di stampa disponga di un indirizzo IP compreso nell'intervallo corretto e che non disponga di un indirizzo APIPA (Automatic Private IP Addressing), ovvero di un indirizzo IP compreso nell'intervallo 169.254.x.x.
Effettuare il ping dell'indirizzo di loopback 127.0.0.1 per verificare che il protocollo TCP/IP sia installato e configurato correttamente nel computer locale. Se il ping ha esito negativo, è possibile che lo stack TCP/IP sia danneggiato o che si sia verificato un problema con la scheda di rete.
Verificare se sia possibile effettuare il ping dell'indirizzo IP locale. Se è possibile effettuare il ping dell'indirizzo di loopback, ma non dell'indirizzo IP locale, è possibile che si sia verificato un problema con la tabella di routing o con il driver della scheda di rete.
Eseguire il ping dei server DNS. Se il ping dei server DNS ha esito negativo, è possibile che si sia verificato un problema con i server DNS o con la rete tra il server di stampa e i server DNS. Potrebbe anche essere possibile che i server DNS non siano configurati per rispondere alle richieste del comando ping. Per stabilire se questo sia il caso, effettuare il ping dei server DNS da un computer della rete notoriamente funzionante.
Nel prompt dei comandi, digitare nslookup print_server_name, dove print_server_name è il nome del computer del server di stampa, quindi premere INVIO.
Se il comando nslookup ha esito negativo, ma è possibile effettuare il ping o accedere in altro modo al server DNS, riavviare il servizio server DNS nel server DNS. A tale scopo, aprire lo snap-in Servizi nella cartella Strumenti di amministrazione, selezionare il servizio Server DNS, quindi fare clic sul pulsante della barra degli strumenti Riavvia servizio.
Nel controller di dominio nello stesso dominio del server di stampa digitare il comando seguente al prompt dei comandi: dcdiag /test:connectivity. Provare nuovamente a pubblicare la stampante.
