Installare il driver della stampante.
Per risolvere questo errore, effettuare le operazioni seguenti:
Ottenere un driver aggiornato che riporti il logo Designed for Windows dal produttore della stampante per il modello di stampante specifico.
Eliminare le stampanti nel server di stampa che utilizzano il driver originale per la stampante su cui si sono verificati i problemi.
Aprire Gestione stampa dalla cartella Strumenti di amministrazione, selezionare il server appropriato, quindi scegliere Driver. Fare clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sul driver della stampante che non funziona, quindi scegliere Rimuovi pacchetto driver.
Aprire Stampanti nel Pannello di controllo, fare clic con il pulsante destro del mouse in un'area vuota, scegliere Esegui come amministratore, Proprietà server, quindi fare clic sulla scheda Driver. Selezionare il driver della stampante, fare clic su Rimuovi driver e pacchetto driver, quindi scegliere OK.
Installare il nuovo driver della stampante, quindi ricreare la stampante e le impostazioni.
Al termine della reinstallazione del driver, stampare nuovamente il documento.
