De Extern bureaublad Connection Broker-server is niet beschikbaar omdat de service Extern bureaublad Connection Broker niet actief is.

Oorzaken

Als de status van deze monitor niet in orde is, is de service Extern bureaublad Connection Broker ingesteld om automatisch te worden gestart maar is deze service niet actief. Er kan een groot aantal redenen zijn waarom een service is gestopt, bijvoorbeeld:

Oplossingen

Los dit probleem op door de service Extern bureaublad Connection Broker opnieuw te starten. Als het probleem zich blijft voordoen, start u de Extern bureaublad Connection Broker-server opnieuw op. Nadat de server opnieuw is opgestart, controleert u of de service Extern bureaublad Connection Broker is gestart.

Als u deze procedure wilt uitvoeren, moet u deel uitmaken van de groep Lokale beheerders of moet u de juiste machtigingen hebben ontvangen.

De service Extern bureaublad Connection Broker starten:

1. Open de module Services op de Extern bureaublad Connection Broker-server. Klik hiertoe op Start, wijs Systeembeheer aan en klik op Services.

2. Als het dialoogvenster Gebruikersaccountbeheer wordt weergegeven, bevestigt u dat de weergegeven actie juist is en klikt u op Doorgaan.

3. Klik in het deelvenster Services met de rechtermuisknop op Extern bureaublad Connection Broker en klik vervolgens op Eigenschappen.

4. Controleer of op het tabblad Algemeen de optie Opstarttype is ingesteld op Automatisch. Als dit niet het geval is, klikt u op Automatisch en vervolgens op Toepassen.

5. Klik onder Servicestatus op Starten.

6. Klik op OK om het dialoogvenster Extern bureaublad Connection Broker te sluiten.

Kijk of u in de kolom Status voor de service Extern bureaublad Connection Broker de status Gestart ziet.
