Summary

AD Op Master Infrastructure Last Bind Monitor. This monitor generates an alert when the response time for a bind to the domain controller holding the Infrastructure operations master role exceeds a specified period of time.

This means that the operations master has been responding in a less than optimal time for an extended period (by default, 10 hours for most operations masters).
