Summary

AD Op Master PDC Last Bind Monitor. This monitor generates an alert when the response time for a bind to the domain controller holding the Primary Domain Controller (PDC) Emulator operations master role exceeds a specified period of time.

This means that the operations master has been responding in a less than optimal time for an extended period (by default, about 1.5 hours for the PDC Emulator).
