AD Op Master PDC Last Bind Monitor. This monitor generates an alert when the response time for a bind to the domain controller holding the Primary Domain Controller (PDC) Emulator operations master role exceeds a specified period of time.
This means that the operations master has been responding in a less than optimal time for an extended period (by default, about 1.5 hours for the PDC Emulator).
Interval (sec) default 300.
Number of Sample default 5. Number of times the threshold has to be exceeded before an alert is raised.
Threshold Warning (sec) default 5. GC Search time threshold for warning.
Threshold Error (sec) default 15. GC Search time threshold for error.
The PDC Emulator might be overloaded.
Review other alerts generated from the PDC Emulator to determine whether it is overloaded.
